If you purchase the SureFit 3 ReSound Receiver for any of the following ReSound models-- ONE, Nexia, Vivia, or Savi -- please note that calibration is required! We can perform the calibration for you for a small additional fee. To use this service, you will need to send us your hearing aids. Alternatively, you may visit your hearing care provider and have them calibrated there. SureFit 3 receivers come in two styles: the M&RIE receiver and the standard SureFit 3 receiver. Both types require calibration .

When you purchase a SureFit 3 ReSound Receiver for ReSound ONE, Omnia, Nexia, Vivia, or Savi hearing aids, the receiver must be calibrated to your device. Our professional installation service makes this process easy and worry-free. How It Works: Once you send us your hearing aids, our team will:
  1. Install the SureFit 3 receiver you ordered.
  2. Calibrate the receiver to your hearing aid (without changing any of your existing settings or data).
  3. Return your hearing aids quickly, typically with a fast turnaround time.
If we anticipate any delays, we will notify you right away. Please note that shipping carriers, especially USPS, may occasionally experience delays due to weather or other unforeseen issues. Both M&RIE and standard SureFit 3 receivers require calibration, and this service ensures they're set up correctly and ready to use.
