If you purchase the SureFit 3 M&RIE ReSound Receiver for any of the following ReSound models: ONE, Sensia, Nexia, Vivia, or Savi, please note that calibration is required . We can perform the calibration for you for a small additional fee. To use this service, you will need to send us your hearing aids. Alternatively, you may visit your hearing care provider and have them calibrated there. This is a desirable bundle for those who use the M&RIE receiver because it comes with the microphone covers for the receiver.

How It Works:
Once you send us your hearing aids, our team will:

Install the SureFit 3 receiver you ordered.

Calibrate the receiver to your hearing aid, without changing any of your existing settings or data.

Return your hearing aids with the receiver in place. Along with the additional mic covers and wax guards. This service has a very quick turn around time!
If we anticipate any delays, we will notify you right away. Please note that shipping carriers, especially USPS, may occasionally experience delays due to weather or other unforeseen issues.
Both M&RIE and standard SureFit 3 receivers require calibration. This service ensures they're set up correctly and ready to use.
