Signia 3.0 Receivers

These Signia 3.0 Receivers are Signia and Rexton's receivers for their newer model of hearing aids. These receivers are compatible with the Signia Pure Charge&Go AX, IX and MaX models and the Rexton BiCore and Reach models, as well as some Tru Hearing, Miracle Ear, and Horizon brand hearing aids. If you are unsure which receiver your aid uses, reach out and send us a picture of your current receiver. Size/Length: The Signia/Rexton 3.0 receivers come in sizes 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and now 5! With 0 being the shortest length and 4 being the longest. Power: The P Power is the strongest receiver and is for severe-profound hearing loss. M Power is for moderate-severe loss. S Power is for mild-moderate. Your current receiver should display the length and power on the end that goes in your ear. If your hearing aid is starting to sound a little weak, and you changed your wax guard, perhaps it is time for a new receiver. Moisture and other elements can affect the receiver.
