Signia Lithium-ion Inductive Charger

The Signia Lithium-ion Inductive Charger is a replacement charger designed for older compatible Signia and Rexton hearing aids. This charger offers a simple, reliable charging solution for select earlier rechargeable models and can be a helpful replacement if your original charger is lost, damaged, or no longer working properly. This charger is intended for specific older hearing aid models, so checking compatibility before ordering is important.
