Starkey Thrive Platform Charger

The Starkey Thrive Charger is a replacement charging solution for compatible Starkey Thrive platform hearing aids including Evolv AI, Livio, and Custom models. Available in Standard and Premium versions — the Premium adds a built-in power bank for portable charging away from a wall outlet.

Important Compatibility Notice

This charger is designed for Starkey Thrive platform hearing aids only. It is not compatible with newer Starkey Genesis AI, Edge AI, or Omega AI hearing aids as those models require the Starkey StarLink 2.0 Charger instead. If you are not sure which platform your hearing aids are on, contact us before ordering.

Two Versions Available
  • Standard Charger: Desktop charging solution for home use, plugs into a wall outlet
  • Premium Charger: Adds a built-in power bank for portable charging away from a wall outlet — ideal for travel or long days away from home
  • Custom Charger: Designed specifically for Starkey custom in-the-ear Thrive models
LED Indicators — Hearing Aid Charging Status

Two LED indicators on the front of the charger show hearing aid charging status:

  • Glowing green: hearing aids placed correctly and charging
  • Solid green: hearing aids fully charged
  • Blinking red: charging fault — check placement or contact us for support
LED Indicators — Premium Charger Power Bank Status

Four LED indicators on the back of the Premium Charger show power bank battery level:

  • Four solid green lights: fully charged or plugged into power source
  • Three solid lights: battery above 75%
  • Two solid lights: battery below 50%
  • One blinking light: battery low — connect to power source soon

Note: When plugged in, both hearing aids and the power bank charge simultaneously.
